We as a church have decided to rededicate ourselves to mission, and redefine our mission, working to respond to Christ’s call to make disciples of all nations, in particular our community.
We collected ideas from our members on things we can do, and missions we can pursue, which will be most faithful to our Lord, and most effective in making disciples. After dividing the ideas into a handful of categories, we voted to pursue ministry to families with particular emphasis on the edges of families: the children and the elderly.
We’re still working on what this means in particular.
We invite you to be a part of this process, to help us as we work to be faithful witnesses to the healing and redeeming work of God in this world.
